Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection regulations.

Conditions for Returning a Product

For a return to be valid, the product must meet the following requirements:

• Be unused and in perfect condition
• Retain its original condition
• Include all original labels intact
• Maintain the original packaging in good condition

Personalized and Handmade Products

Personalized or handmade products cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part. In these cases, we will contact you to offer a solution.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email indicating:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product (if necessary)

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

• The product arrived defective or damaged
• We made an error in your order
• The product does not match the description

Refund

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days. The money will be returned to the same original payment method you used for your purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange a product, contact us before sending the item to confirm that we have the product you need. Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.
